This was our first extreme conditions transportation system for POY. Currently being used in India. This composite of impact resistant HDPE and high strength steel reinforcements combine to deliver up to 200 return/reuse cycles. The base unit is designed so that each component is easily removed and replaced if damaged. This packaging system is designed to be either shrink wrapped or stretch wrapped.

Typical maximum static loading is 5,280 lbs. (2400 Kgs.). This unit is shipped stacked two high and is stacked in the warehouse four high. The base unit interlocks with the top of the lower unit for great shipping and warehouse stability. This unit takes 75mm, 94mm, 110mm or 120mm tubes with 5,9,and 13 packages per layer capability.
