This is our High capacity Textured Yarn Shipping Unit. This unit is composed of both vacuum formed parts and our special blend of structural foam HDPE parts with impact enhancers and designed for up to 200 return/reuse cycles. This unit is designed to maximize shipping of textured yarns and eliminate racks in warehouses.

Typical shipping capacity is 600 lbs. (272 Kgs.) of textured yarn. This unit is shipped two high and is stacked in the warehouse three high. The base unit is designed to interlock with the top of the lower unit for great shipping and warehouse stability. This unit is designed for 69mm Dye Spring or 69mm Roll Nose Texturizing Tubes.
