This is our High Capacity Acetate, Viscose, Hard Yarn, Nylon POY and Textured Yarn Shipping Unit. This unit is composed of our special blend of structural foam HDPE with impact enhancers and designed for up to 200 return/reuse cycles. This unit is designed to maximize shipping of acetate yarns and eliminate racks in warehouses. This shipping unit is designed to be closed with corrugated side walls.

Typical shipping capacity is 672 lbs. (305 Kgs.) of yarn. This unit is shipped stacked two high and stacked in the warehouse four high. The base unit interlocks with the top of the lower unit for great shipping and warehouse stability. This unit takes 94mm and 69mm straight sided, as well as 69mm rollnose and dyespring tubes.
