This is our most widely used textured yarn Shipping Unit. This unit is composed of our special blend of structural foam HDPE with impact enhancers and designed for up to 200 return/reuse cycles. This unit is designed to maximize shipping of textured yarns and eliminate racks in warehouses. This shipping unit is designed to be closed with shrink wrap or closed with stretch and corner boards.

Typical shipping capacity is 600 lbs. (272 Kgs.) of Textured Yarn. This unit is shipped two high and is stacked in the warehouse three high. The base unit interlocks with the top of the lower unit for great shipping and warehouse stability. This unit takes 65mm Rolled Nosed Tubes or Dyespring Tubes, and has also been adapted for cotton yarn transport.
